About the Opportunity
JORI is expanding! We are currently looking for a full-time CA Customs Team Lead to join our team in Canada on a hybrid set-up. Reporting to the Canadian Customs Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their customs brokerage team, ensuring compliance with CBSA regulations, and facilitating the smooth clearance of goods.

About You
To qualify, you will need at least 7-10 years of experience as a Customs Broker with at least 5 years in a Supervisory role, a proven track record in logistics or importing and exporting services, as well as a strong customer service and / or account management background.
Due to the nature of the role, we also require a valid Driver's License. In addition, candidates with strong Customs background, skills, and experience in the following are also essential :
Most importantly, you have the willingness to learn and thrive in an environment where independence and responsibility are given without constant supervision. You are an enthusiastic problem-solver with outstanding skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service. Also, willing to relocate if you are not from Calgary.
