Sr Manager, Financial Strategy & Business Performance

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage a team of two employees.
2. Oversee the end-to-end business cycle, including month-end closures, reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
3. Lead the annual and 10-year planning cycles, collaborating with functional leads and communicating with senior leadership.
4. Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, working with the tech support team to implement solutions and pushing process ownership to P&L line owners.
5. Identify levers to enhance EBITDA forecast accuracy.
6. Analyze financial data, develop insights, propose actions, and present to CFO, VPs, and President.
7. Create presentation materials for the President, Zone CEO, and Global Leadership.

Qualifications and Competencies

1. University degree in business or accounting preferred.
2. 7+ years of financial/analytical experience in consumer packaged goods.
3. Strong presentation skills, including storyboarding and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent communication skills to explain financial topics to non-specialists.
5. Teamwork, negotiation, and influencing skills.
6. Detail-oriented, disciplined, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
7. Deep knowledge of P&L and its drivers.
8. Experience with SAP, VBA, Power BI is a plus; CPA is an asset.
