Key Objectives:

As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with a global team of AI practitioners, software engineers, and architects to implement AI-driven digital solutions aimed at transforming the P&C insurance industry worldwide. This role involves developing, deploying, and optimizing Generative AI capabilities to support innovative solutions within Chubb.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement solutions utilizing LLMs and Generative AI techniques, primarily leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
2. Explore and apply advanced Generative AI methodologies, including prompt engineering, agent development, model adaptation, and deployment strategies.
3. Ensure high-quality code delivery that aligns with business goals and adheres to development standards.
4. Create reusable workflows and tools to facilitate the integration of LLMs and Generative AI into various projects.
5. Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and issue resolution.
6. Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining project timelines and progress.

Qualifications:

• Must have:
• 2-5 years of experience in AI Engineering or Machine Learning, focusing on Generative AI, with proficiency in Python coding and review.
• Strong Python programming skills and software engineering background for building scalable AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Korean is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and experience with ML techniques in production environments.
• Experience designing scalable ML/Generative AI systems, including RAG pipelines and semantic search techniques.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques such as text pre-processing, entity extraction, and encoder-decoder architectures.
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and frameworks like FastAPI, Uvicorn.
• Familiarity with CI tools such as Jenkins.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in system architecture design and evaluating technical tradeoffs.
• Full-stack application development experience.
• Knowledge of P&C insurance domain.
• Proficiency in additional Asian or European languages.
