Job Description

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Location:

This role is remote, providing the flexibility to work from home. However, candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and be prepared to attend in-person meetings as required. Occasional travel to client sites or conferences may also be necessary.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data and AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive data-driven decision-making and product development. In this role, you’ll apply advanced machine learning techniques and statistical models to analyze data, build AI-powered systems, and create innovative solutions to real-world problems.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, experiment with algorithms, and deliver results that shape the future of our technology.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
  2. Collaborate with technical and product teams to integrate AI solutions into products and systems.
  3. Analyze large, structured, and unstructured datasets to derive meaningful insights and patterns.
  4. Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and AI techniques.
  5. Build, test, and optimize pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
  6. Monitor the performance of models and fine-tune solutions to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in AI/ML technology.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Technical Skills:
  3. Proficiency in programming languages.
  4. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  5. Experience with data analysis, visualization tools, and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SQL, Tableau).
  6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment.
  7. Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning is a strong plus.

Experience:

  1. 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, data science, or a similar role.
  2. Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to solve challenging problems through data and algorithms.
  3. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  4. A curious mindset and passion for learning new technologies and applying them creatively.
