What You'll Be Doing:
- Define the entire technical architecture for the solution.
- Develop and refine processes for cleaning, curating, labeling, and securing datasets for AI bots.
- Engage in hands-on coding to bring the vision to life.
- Recruit, hire, and manage an initial team of talented engineers.
- Cultivate a culture focused on testing and measuring the effectiveness of new methods.
- Manage a development budget of $1M annually.
- Innovate through experimentation, solving complex data challenges using human feedback.
Challenges You'll Tackle:
- Analyze large, complex unstructured datasets to identify conflicts, duplicates, and missing data.
- Determine optimal strategies for data cleaning and enrichment.
- Label unannotated data and establish a set of gold standard answers.
- Integrate third-party evaluation frameworks to demonstrate data improvement.
- Maintain a clean and ready-to-use dataset for generative AI applications.
Success Metrics:
- Utilize third-party evaluation tools to showcase clear performance enhancements.
Potential Scope:
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines for the client's AI application.
- Integrate vector search engines like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS for efficient document retrieval.
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure pipeline accuracy and efficiency.
- Document processes for team knowledge sharing.
- Engage in social media for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with the sales team.

- Experience with zero-to-one startups.

- Previous involvement in SR&ED processes and documenting projects to align with SR&ED funding requirements.
