Fable Kitchen is a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand designated restaurant for three consecutive years. As we prepare for the upcoming summer season, we are looking to expand our team with an experienced Chef de Partie!

Potential candidates should possess, but are not limited to:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar setting with a progressive work history
2. Experience with Entremetier / Pans is required
3. Experience in Grill, meat butchery, and fish mongering is an asset but not mandatory
4. Ability to work well in a team setting and autonomously
5. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and teach
