Minimum Qualifications
- 310T Truck & Coach Technician license
- Valid G license
- Experience in repairing hydraulic and electrical systems
- Possess own set of tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in any season
Preferred Qualifications
- DZ license, an asset
- Roadside service experience
- Experience with diagnostic software and electronic document/time keeping
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Valid Ozone Depletion Training
Day in the Life
You will be the backbone of our fleet, responsible for servicing and maintaining all of our equipment, including light vehicles, heavy trucks, and equipment, hydraulics, electrical, and heavy power trains. Each day will be different, with some service calls off-site or requiring emergency on-road repairs, diagnosing and rectifying problems. Preventative and predictive maintenance will be essential, along with daily service documentation to ensure overall organization of the shop.
Safety will always be your top priority as you promote, lead, and execute a safety-first culture for all employees, sub-contractors, and consultants. Your opinion will be valued in decision-making regarding outside repairs and support for overall shop maintenance. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently, like a well-oiled machine.
