Job Details

Work Location: Streetsville

Shift: Overnight (7pm-5am)

Pay Rate: Based on experience as a licensed technician:

• Less than 1 year: $41.92/hour
• 1 to less than 2 years: $44.29/hour
• 2 or more years: $47.71/hour

Previous experience as an Apprentice does not count towards this experience requirement.

Role Responsibilities

• Diagnose bus systems
• Replace, adjust, or repair defective parts; conduct quality checks
• Perform MTO inspections as part of maintenance

Qualifications

• Certified Truck and Coach Technician (310T), Interprovincial/Provincial
• Minimum 1 year experience in transit/highway bus repair
• Knowledge of bus maintenance, manufacturer specs, and MTO requirements
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license; ability to obtain Class C and Z endorsement
• Ability to obtain Ozone Depletion Card
• Completion of relevant technical courses (air conditioning, electrical, brakes)
