Job Title : Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home, engaging with customers via inbound / outbound calls and the Internet. This role involves providing customer service support, resolving routine issues related to clients' products and services, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
• Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present products / services, utilizing B2B and B2C skills.
• Build relationships and find new ways to retain customers.
• Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
• Offer additional products / services with each sale.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience, meeting quotas and selling products / services.
• Understanding of the sales process, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Open availability and ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
• Proficiency in multitasking, strong computer skills, and PC knowledge.
• High-speed internet (no wireless / hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Starting wage between $16 and $18 per hour.
