Job Responsibilities:
- Source and build a pipeline of candidates.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Conduct cold calls and emails as required.
- Perform research for modeling, industry analysis, and negotiation support.
- Create actionable reports highlighting business trends and opportunities.
- Support targeted surveys and assessments addressing clients’ key issues.
- Prepare draft presentations and documents for meetings and workshops.
- Update internal and external documentation regularly.
- Communicate with clients and advisors effectively.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve business problems.
- Support deal origination activities and team development.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet client needs.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications:
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- One to two years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Strong management skills to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
- Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
