Base pay range: $75,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join the BAR DIVISION at our ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing Customer Service Representatives and developing customer service policies and procedures.
- Managing three key areas: Customer Service, Systems, and Sales Support, to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Manage customer records, including master data, terms, and price changes using JD Edwards & Ross systems.
- Handle finished goods setup requests and maintain recipes/specifications.
- Review and process RMAs.
- Provide production scheduling guidance for key customers.
- Attend operational meetings, generate reports, and monitor business activities.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly.
- Publish business reports such as Monthly Sales Attainment and Weekly Backlog.
- Maintain and meet monthly budget expectations.
- Track and improve OTIF performance.
Systems
- Develop and update policies and procedures.
- Communicate best practices to ensure controls and satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and develop customer service staff.
- Manage data for major accounts and interface systems with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze cost models, negotiate re-pricing, and lead project teams for customer opportunities.
- Develop tools for better business management and create customer plans to meet sales targets.
- Analyze forecasts, manage profitability, and oversee customer review processes.
- Manage sales orders, communicate schedules, and support VP of Sales with departmental projects.
- Collaborate with teams to develop new products and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 7-10 years related experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems like JD Edwards or Ross Radley.
- Effective multitasking, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
