Job Duties & Responsibilities

As a Senior Immigration Case Manager, your duties include:

• Managing high volumes of immigration files in collaboration with attorneys.
• Preparing, assembling, and submitting applications for temporary and permanent immigration under attorney supervision.
• Serving as the primary contact for clients: responding to inquiries, collecting documentation, and ensuring proactive follow-up, while consulting attorneys on complex issues.
• Assisting attorneys with legal research and staying updated on IRCC policies.
• Coordinating with attorneys and team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of applications.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members under attorney guidance.
• Maintaining organized client files per standards and regulations.
• Meeting deadlines and delivering excellent client service collaboratively.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and communicative, passionate about immigration rights and helping clients achieve their goals. Requirements include:

• 2-3+ years of experience with Canadian immigration applications.
• Knowledge of immigration processes such as criminal inadmissibility, permanent and temporary residence.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
• Strong bilingual communication skills (English/French) are an asset.
• Ability to work independently and with a team under attorney supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
