WAGO Canada, Inc. is seeking a Marketing professional responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing the Canadian Marketing Plan. This role involves promoting the company through integrated marketing communication tactics across traditional and digital platforms. The individual will also manage trade shows, mobile marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional programs across the company's product, service, and solution portfolio.

Experience Required :

  • College diploma and minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MSTeams
  • Proficiency in French is required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently or within a team
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, expenses, and reporting
  • Preferred experience in the electrical, electronic, or automation industry
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Must be able to drive a high-cube van

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assist in creating Go-to-Market plans for Canada, coordinating with the US and regional marketing teams
  • Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns in collaboration with regional teams
  • Manage social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to manage leads
  • Prepare and analyze reports on campaign outcomes using available tools
  • Lead Canadian external and internal events, coordinating with US-based teams
  • Organize logistics for traveling demo equipment within Canada
  • Coordinate merchandise needs with stakeholders and vendors
  • Work with Canadian channel partners on co-op marketing, product launches, and other programs
  • Interact with external and internal vendors to ensure project completion within budget and brand guidelines
  • Maintain the WAGO brand image and messaging consistency
  • Source PR activities and liaise with media and stakeholders
  • Manage marketing budget, forecasts, and procurement processes
  • Travel to Germantown, WI, at least twice per quarter
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by marketing management
