Join Our Team at Propel Physiotherapy

We are a growing, close-knit team seeking a dedicated Office Administrator / Receptionist to support our multidisciplinary clinic in Etobicoke. This permanent, full-time position offers opportunities for growth, development, and making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

About Us

Propel Physiotherapy specializes in complex orthopedic and neurological injuries, providing personalized, comprehensive treatment in a comfortable, client-focused environment. Our team includes Registered Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Mindfulness Coaches, and more, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage appointment bookings via phone, email, and in person, and greet clients professionally.
  2. Handle billing, follow up on invoices, and resolve discrepancies with client and insurance paperwork.
  3. Assist with setup of invoicing and point of sale systems.
  4. Conduct screening and intake questionnaires.
  5. Maintain cleanliness by disinfecting high-contact areas and managing laundry duties.
  6. Follow up with previous clients to encourage future appointments.
  7. Communicate clearly with clients, including light marketing activities like follow-ups and reviews.
  8. Support administrative tasks such as file management, copying, and scanning.
  9. Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media and online reviews.
Qualifications
  • Experience in reception, scheduling, or similar administrative roles, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with billing software.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or injuries is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
