Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Specialist, the successful candidate will support the capturing and distribution of operational knowledge to develop the operational team competencies aligned with strategic initiatives.

Salary Range

$50,000-$62,000

Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate the establishment and documentation of best practices across different process areas in operations.
  2. Develop training curricula, upload, and circulate knowledge.
  3. Compile and organize manufacturing, technical, process, and business knowledge into accessible and understandable formats for key stakeholders.
  4. Provide administrative support for Learning Management Systems.
  5. Utilize tools such as GenAI, Teams, Skillsoft, Articulate, and ensure alignment with Learning, Quality, & Safety management systems.
Qualifications
  1. University degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience in establishing learning and development programs, preferably in food manufacturing.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Excellent attention to detail.
  5. Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
