Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a HR Specialist to join a leading consulting firm in the GTA 3 days a week on site at 81 Bay St. Your day will involve supporting employees with full lifecycle HR needs. This includes benefits administration, co-op recruiting, on-boarding/off-boarding, and other generalist HR responsibilities. You’ll be involved with many operational tasks too, like reviewing and responding to emails, addressing urgent queries, drafting important documents like memos. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Director on wellness initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and be involved in operational support tasks such as organizing employee records, scheduling meetings, and utilizing tools like the Microsoft tech stack, Work Day, and Slack for efficient communication and management. This role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, self-starting attitude.
