Daniel OConnells Sons is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of ten years of construction experience. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of multiple projects. You will coordinate and lead internal project teams, trade partners, and clients throughout the preconstruction, construction, and turnover phases. The role involves creating and adhering to project timelines, budgets, trade partner contracts, negotiations, and reporting.
This role requires working both indoors and outdoors, traversing construction sites, and using PPE.
