Job description

The Assistant Manager works in collaboration with the Store Manager. He/She leads and guides the team to achieve the store's objectives and sales standards. He/She provides necessary leadership by establishing priorities and assigning tasks among team members. Responsibilities also include participating in recruitment and training through constructive and positive communication to help stylists advance. Enforcing policies and procedures is part of the role. Additionally, he/she participates in visual presentation to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
