- Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay up-to-date with aviation industry regulations and certifications, ensuring that the workforce complies with Transport Canada and industry-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee certifications and training.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for aviation professionals, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs.
- Foster a positive aviation work environment, supporting teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle aviation-specific employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Aviation Training and Development:
- Identify aviation training needs and coordinate aviation-specific training programs.
- Support aviation employee development initiatives, including career progression within the aviation sector.
- Safety and Security:
- Collaborate with aviation safety and security teams to ensure HR compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Assist in the development and implementation of aviation-specific safety and security training.
