As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greet all clients entering the store with enthusiasm and provide courteous, knowledgeable service. Determine client needs and suggest suitable products. Communicate product knowledge effectively. Provide makeovers as needed.
2. Training & Development: Complete in-depth brand training for designated team members. Pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
3. Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control, communicate inventory concerns, ensure compliance with sampling policies, stay informed about store events, and participate in loss prevention programs. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions if designated.
