Job description

We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team in Dartmouth, supporting multiple departments with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance. If you enjoy being part of the daily action, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing routine information requests.
  2. Gather, compile, verify information, and accurately enter it into documents such as reports, presentations, forms, and office systems like databases or spreadsheets.
  3. Assist with data collection, data entry, and report generation related to departmental activities.
  4. Support associate functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  5. Respond to or redirect routine inquiries from internal or external sources regarding the organization, department, activities, or processes.
  6. Prepare documentation for vendor, supplier, and third-party payments; submit documentation and enter payment requests into the accounting system; respond to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
  7. Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
  8. Participate as a team member on departmental projects and business improvement initiatives as needed.
  9. Perform other routine administrative activities as required by established procedures.
Requirements
  1. Education, Licenses, Certifications: Certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience meeting applicable regulations.
  2. Experience: Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience. Prior experience with quotes, billing, and expenses is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary commensurate with experience. Benefits vary by location and may include pension plans, medical/dental/life insurance, Health Savings Account, and other personal and professional benefits.
