Reporting to Director of People & Organizational Development. The Employee Supports Manager (Wîcihitowikamik) oversees the human resources and employee wellness functions, ensuring a positive and equitable experience across the employee life cycle. Working collaboratively with leaders, the Employee Supports Manager provides guidance on HR best practices, problem-solving, and risk mitigation while promoting a culture of wellness and continuous improvement. The role will contribute to effective performance management, recruitment, and wellness initiatives. A focus of this role is ensuring that Indigenous perspectives are incorporated into the organizational policies and practices of Employee Supports, working with internal cultural teams and knowledge keepers.
