We at Coforge are hiring a Project Data Manager with the following skillset:

1. Overall IT experience of 15-20 years in data, including 5-6 years managing projects and programs in the data domain (big data, DWBI technologies).
2. Engineering degree or MCA and MBA from reputable institutes.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Proficiency in BIDW methodology.
5. Experience in managing support projects in DWBI/Big Data/Cloud Technologies.
6. AWS cloud implementation experience is essential.
7. Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
8. Experience in consulting with business stakeholders, managing teams, and running fixed-price, T&M model projects & Managed Service Projects.
9. Ability to foresee risks, dependencies, and track, monitor, and close actions.
10. Experience with Hadoop, Informatica, and Oracle.
11. Experience with Snowflake is desirable.
12. Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, development teams, and customers.
13. Capability to review projects/programs, identify business opportunities, and proactively work with internal teams to capitalize on them.
14. Skill in assigning work, tracking progress, and mitigating risks within support plans.
15. Ability to manage scope effectively.
16. Conduct brainstorming sessions to build consensus with stakeholders.
17. Document project progress and report on program health.
