Job description

Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

Please note that this position is with Oakcreek Golf & Turf, a portfolio company of Banyan Capital Partners. Banyan invested alongside the Oakcreek management team in 2013 to support the company's succession plan and has since partnered with management to drive growth, including the 2017 acquisition of Simpson Norton. This role is not with Banyan but directly with Oakcreek Golf & Turf.

The Company

Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP ("Oakcreek") is a leading Western Canadian OEM distributor of commercial turf maintenance and other equipment including Toro, Yamaha, Pisten Bully, BOSS Plow, Ventrac, etc. Backed by private equity, we aim to grow our existing Canadian and US multi-OEM platform via acquisition while maintaining high operating discipline. With our track record of growth and profitability, we are confident in our team to make this happen.

Serving Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and other West Coast US-based cities, Oakcreek operates six Canadian dealer locations supporting golf and turf needs. Built on a genuine commitment to customer loyalty, Oakcreek leads in sales and service of golf course and municipal turf care equipment, golf cars, irrigation, and pump stations. In 2017, Oakcreek expanded into Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Nevada, and parts of West Texas and Southern Colorado through the acquisition of Simpson Norton Corporation.

In 2013, Oakcreek's ownership expanded with an investment from Banyan Capital Partners. Today, Oakcreek is owned by senior management in partnership with Banyan. Banyan partners with management teams, combining their expertise with extensive capital resources to build their portfolio companies.
