A leading company is seeking a Ticket Sales Agent to deliver outstanding customer service at their Call Centre and Box Office locations. Candidates must be flexible with shifts, available at least two days a week, including weekends. Join a dynamic team in a unionized environment.
Reporting to the Box Office Manager and the Assistant Box Office Manager, the Ticket Sales Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons and subscribers at our Call Centre and three Box Office locations.
We operate seven days a week, and shift work will vary. Successful candidates must be available to work a minimum of two days per week, with at least one of those days being on a Saturday or Sunday.
Shift schedules will vary depending on the show calendar. Shifts will range from a minimum of four hours to a maximum of eight hours, at either our call centre or one of our three theatre Box Offices.
This position falls within the UNIFOR, Local 3000 union.
