1. Under direct supervision of Branch Management, you will be responsible for recommending Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects.
2. Identify, expand, and deepen customer relationships through profiling and recommending appropriate deposit and lending products and services.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and accurately processing transactions and fulfilling service requests.
4. Support the operational integrity of the branch.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in all customer channels, including digital technology.
6. Achieve individual and branch team goals.
7. Work at multiple branch locations as needed to support flexibility and meet customer expectations.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z, and full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including BSA/AML and S.A.F.E. Act regulations.

The role also involves:
