A leading logistics company is seeking a Harbor Dispatch Supervisor to oversee driver scheduling and dispatch duties. The role requires strong communication skills, a focus on customer service, and extensive experience in the drayage business. The supervisor will manage payroll, maintain relationships with drivers, and ensure timely service delivery. This position offers a competitive salary and a robust benefits program.
The Harbor Dispatch Supervisor will be in charge of planning the utilization of the drivers assigned to the NFI Drayage business as well as managing the dispatchers assigned to that NFI Drayage business.
Responsibilities
Schedule : Monday-Friday 1500 and weekends as needed
Qualifications
We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000.00-$78,000.00 / yearly. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 8%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
