Job description

BOXX Modular (Canada) rents, leases, and sells temporary and permanent modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed solutions. We collaborate with our customers to design and deliver tailored solutions and offer additional services such as delivery, installation, furniture rentals, and other add-ons.

We have a full-time position for a Sales Coordinator at our BOXX Modular branch in Regina, SK.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Inside Sales Representative & Fleet Administrator plays a key role in connecting sales and operations. This role involves prospecting new customers, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations and contracts, and coordinating service delivery with customers and vendors. The role is approximately 70% inside sales and 30% fleet administration (logistics coordination).

The ideal candidate is eager to develop sales skills, thrives on building relationships, is comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, and maintains attention to detail. They are a natural relationship builder and problem solver, demonstrating ownership and accountability to meet customer needs and contribute to a positive work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Inside Sales/Sales Coordination:
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, sales documents, and proposals.
  • Research, identify, contact, and qualify potential customers, working closely with the Outside Sales team to grow business.
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, online bidding platforms, and site visits.
  • Recommend additional services or add-ons to rental contracts to enhance satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop expertise in BOXX Modular’s products and offerings to effectively position products and support sales.
  • Drive sales by providing product and technical information, educating customers on features and benefits.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and revenue performance.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Follow up post-sale/rental to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, regulations, and product developments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Fleet Administration/Logistics Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary contact for service calls and rental unit requests, coordinating solutions with technicians or vendors.
  • Coordinate with transportation vendors for deliveries and pickups.
  • Address customer disputes and inquiries professionally.
  • Source and set up vendors based on needs, ensuring competitive rates.
  • Verify repairs, maintenance, and add-on services before delivery.
  • Issue purchase orders for vendor services and logistics.
  • Maintain transportation schedules and track unit movements.
  • Conduct fleet inspections and inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
  • A strong desire and motivation to grow in sales.
  • Experience in sales support, administration, inside sales, logistics, or related roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, especially under challenging situations.
  • Friendly, personable, and capable of building positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or related field is an asset but not required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
