Account Manager to join their growing team.
In this hybrid role based in Vancouver, the Account Manager will play a key role in supporting client success, guiding customers through onboarding, and maximizing the value they gain from the platform. Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships.
- Understand client goals and operational needs, providing proactive and hands-on support.
- Onboarding & Adoption
- Lead onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Deliver training on platform features and best practices.
- Support ongoing client education to encourage adoption and satisfaction.
- Account Growth
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team on renewals and contract extensions.
- Create customized strategies to support each client’s success.
- Feedback & Advocacy
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights to product and marketing teams.
- Champion client needs to inform platform development.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor key account health metrics and identify risk areas.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM or customer success tools.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model; minimum one day per week in the Downtown Vancouver office.
