This company is now seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Account Manager to join their growing team.

In this hybrid role based in Vancouver, the Account Manager will play a key role in supporting client success, guiding customers through onboarding, and maximizing the value they gain from the platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability, client engagement, and tech-driven impact.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships.
    • Understand client goals and operational needs, providing proactive and hands-on support.
  • Onboarding & Adoption
    • Lead onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth client experience.
    • Deliver training on platform features and best practices.
    • Support ongoing client education to encourage adoption and satisfaction.
  • Account Growth
    • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and expansion.
    • Collaborate with the sales team on renewals and contract extensions.
    • Create customized strategies to support each client’s success.
  • Feedback & Advocacy
    • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights to product and marketing teams.
    • Champion client needs to inform platform development.
  • Performance Tracking
    • Monitor key account health metrics and identify risk areas.
    • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to stakeholders.
Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM or customer success tools.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model; minimum one day per week in the Downtown Vancouver office.

After crafting your unbiased profile, we submit it to our trusted clients. We work closely with these clients to ensure they understand the value you bring.
