Insurance Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor, you are responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business. Every day, you will build lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.

Here is what a typical day looks like:

1. You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email.
2. You will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policies.
3. You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
4. You will follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
5. You will conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.

The value you bring:

• No experience is necessary; if unlicensed, we will provide applicable training for the right candidate.
• RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• You are proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
• You can communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role is preferred.
• Working experience in EPIC is an asset.

Hours: 37.5 hours/week until March 30, 2025. Rotating Saturday coverage.

Location: Surrey, BC

Salary Range: $45,000 - $67,000
