Tasks

  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Manage daily operations and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Open and distribute mail and materials
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule appointments and manage contracts
  • Manage staff training and development strategies
  • Answer telephones and electronic inquiries
  • Compile data and maintain records
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Organize staff procedures and direct visitors
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Type, proofread, and manage correspondence and documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service
