The successful candidate will be an integral part of the TELUS Health employer team, participating in activities that drive growth in our Employer Health business. This role collaborates closely with teams across Account Management, Marketing, Communications, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful campaign execution aligned with our strategy.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead new business development activities and grow market share across the country through direct sales, broker relationships, distribution partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Sell well-being solutions via direct and broker/consultant channels.
  • Represent TELUS Health enthusiastically in business presentations, community efforts, and networking activities.
  • Develop new broker channel relationships and influence decision-making processes.
  • Nurture existing partners for long-term relationships.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet quota targets.
  • Develop direct sales channels through account-based sales and cold outreach strategies.
  • Communicate professionally, articulating TELUS Health’s value proposition and ROI confidently.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing, with a focus on prospecting.
What You Bring
  • Over 3 years of success in selling business value-driven software solutions, consistently exceeding quotas of $750,000+
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales within human capital management (HCM) or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), insurance, or group benefits.
  • Energetic, trusted relationship builder with strong attention to detail.
  • Business acumen and expert negotiation skills.
  • Strong outreach and cold calling abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, professional maturity, and strategic thinking.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and communication skills.
  • Ability to advocate for channel partners/brokers effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within assigned regions.
