ChampionX has an immediate need for a Production Operator located in Calgary, AB. If you are a dedicated individual with a proven track record of success, we invite you to apply. The production Operator will be primarily responsible for carrying out the assigned plant production schedules in order to meet internal and external customer requirements. What You Will Do:
Progress through the Operator Progression Program throughout the warehouse and blend room
Ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials
Assist with physical inventory counts and processes
Prepare and perform chemical transfers to and from storage tanks, trucks and blend vessels
Safely and reliably blend quality finished products and package bulk, drum and IBC products
Enter production tickets, goods receipts, and shipping documentation in a timely manner
Inspect and clean the work area daily
Perform required routine operator maintenance
Comply with all applicable ISO procedures
Position Details:
Candidate must reside in Calgary, AB or the surrounding area
Working hours are Monday-Friday starting at 6 AM.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work occasional overtime as requested.
Physical Demands:
This role is a safety-sensitive position and the successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment testing in accordance with ChampionX’s policy
Ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50lbs
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid and dry/arid conditions.
Must be cleaned shaven upon request, due to safety procedures and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Dedicated to safety and quality
Forklift experience
Chemical manufacturing experience or equivalent industry experience
SAP knowledge and experience
Demonstrates initiative for self-improvement and assuming additional responsibilities
Knowledge of automated control systems
Responsible and flexible team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
Intermediate level computer skills
