East Side Games is looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our Analytics team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

1. Address ambiguous problems and formulate hypotheses into actionable and well-designed experiments.
2. Partner with product, design, game development, and programming teams to identify opportunities to enhance player experience, using data to develop metrics and insights that influence our games.
3. Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives, ensuring proper data visualization, consistency, and accuracy.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify needs, report outputs, and support decision-making.
5. Translate complex business problems into data and analytics requirements.
6. Leverage advanced analytics to build, influence, and refine models that provide insights, predict outcomes, and suggest actions.
7. Visualize and communicate data through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
8. Monitor daily business performance, investigate trends for root causes, and recommend appropriate actions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING :

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally, influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) and using insights to inform recommendations and achieve goals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present results and drive impact.
• Experience collaborating across functions to identify analytics problems and implement solutions with technical rigor.
• Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry, understanding key metrics and business models.

Compensation Range : $90K-$130K CAD per annum, determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
