Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active role to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
2. Manage the guest experience — ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and excited about their next visit.
3. Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and growing revenue.
4. Forecast and initiate actions or projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 film exhibition company.

Qualifications:

• You have experience in a similar environment.
• You can analyze and interpret customer needs and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions.
• You have demonstrated ability to lead a team during high-volume business periods across multiple departments.
