We are currently seeking a Client Executive-Banking and Retail to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada.

This position will work remotely from your home office located within the Toronto area. The role involves supporting clients in this region and traveling to client offices as needed.

Role Responsibilities
  • Accountable for P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of all assigned accounts.
  • Define and execute growth strategies, revenue forecasting, and achieve financial targets.
  • Manage service excellence and overall client satisfaction, overseeing the delivery of complex solutions.
  • Leverage a global industry focus, diverse solution offerings, and manage an applications portfolio using a remote onsite/offshore model.
  • Interface with executives at multiple levels.
Job Responsibilities Include
  • Build and manage a virtual, geographically dispersed sales organization with annual TCV over ~$25M, focusing on increasing market share and brand recognition.
  • Be an industry expert in Manufacturing, understanding business drivers like revenue, margins, and trends.
  • Excel in client management, fostering relationships, implementing change, and leveraging technology for competitive advantage.
  • Understand competitors and develop strategies to displace them.
  • Navigate large, complex organizations at the C-level.
  • Manage P&L with strong financial management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Create deals aligned with client interests and close structured deals.
  • Develop regional account plans and strategic solutions.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years managing a full-cycle sales organization with annual TCV >$25M.
  • At least 8 years in the Manufacturing industry, with knowledge of business drivers.
  • Experience selling NTT Data-type solutions and IT services to Manufacturing clients for at least 8 years.
  • At least 8 years in client management, with a focus on growth and leveraging technology.
  • 5 years of experience selling IT services into the CPG vertical.

This position may be eligible for incentive compensation based on performance and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
