We are growing our sales team. We are seeking a Client Executive to support and drive business growth. This role is responsible for driving sales and growth within our Public Sector team. The Client Executive manages and prospects into defined territory accounts, builds and maintains relationships from operational levels through C-level, and achieves an established quota. This role will report directly to the Head of Public Sector.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas
  2. Drive pipeline generation
  3. Develop and manage account/territory plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  4. Secure business with new logo clients
  5. Foster strong partner and alliance relationships
  6. Initiate and complete the sales process including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, making presentations, understanding business needs, developing solutions and proposals, forecasting, and overcoming objections to close the sale
  7. Articulate Fujitsu product and solution differentiation to clients

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years experience selling solutions to government accounts
  2. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets
  3. Extensive network of contacts
  4. Deep understanding of the business sales cycle of the Canadian Government
  5. A passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment
  6. Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal), and influence cross-functionally
  7. Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy
  8. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills, and ability to persuade
  9. Capable of handling complex sales with contract options
    • Able to discuss & negotiate contract T&C’s
    • Resourceful and able to engage the right people to bring deals to closure
  10. Current industry knowledge and experience selling IT Services & Solutions to Public Sector
  11. Self-starter with effective cold calling skills; familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.com; willing and able to travel
  12. Bilingual in French a plus, not required
  13. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
