The Opportunity

As an Account Director, you will lead the growth of Healthing’s healthcare sector partnerships, focusing on new business development and long-term client relationships. Your expertise in consultative selling will help craft tailored communication programs to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering comprehensive media solutions across digital and print.
  • Conduct needs assessments to design customized solutions aligned with client KPIs.
  • Analyze KPIs to optimize multimedia program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop B2B marketing strategies.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets, contributing to Healthing’s success.

Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years in sales, media, or marketing, with strong healthcare sector connections.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry nuances (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, natural health products).
  • Expert in client relations, capable of building lasting decision-maker relationships.
  • Self-motivated, fast-paced, and challenge-ready.
  • Knowledge of healthcare advertising regulations (ASC, PAAB) and media solutions (SEM, Social, SEO, Website Development, Digital Display, Print).
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual skills in French are a plus.
