Job Summary

To support the Director, Financial Crimes (FC) Reporting in the development and execution of Quarterly Reporting and FC Program initiatives; lead the transformation of FC reporting to align Enterprise, Regional and Segment reporting and support the enhancement of operational reporting.

What is the opportunity?

Accountability for supporting the Director, Financial Crimes (FC) Reporting mandate to deliver FC Reporting as part of maintaining an effective governance framework for Financial Crime Risk.

What will you do?
  1. Provide senior leadership support for the quarterly enterprise CAMLO report to the Board and monthly management reporting for the FC Program.
  2. Manage the Financial Crime Operating Committee meetings.
  3. Mature dashboards for key areas of the Financial Crime program as determined by the CAMLO.
  4. Gather and consolidate data from stakeholders to analyze KRIs/KPIs, providing insights to support Program ratings. Collaborate with Advisory VPs to develop segment ratings, supporting commentary, and finalize with OC.
  5. Coordinate with key stakeholders (e.g., Internal Audit) to validate reporting as needed.

  • Experience leading or contributing to global financial crime reporting program design and implementation.
  • Strong numerical skills to transform financial crime data into insights.
