Role Overview :
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator plays a critical role in customizing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to meet the evolving needs of WinMagic Corp. This position requires expertise in system configuration, user management, data management, workflow and automation, reporting and dashboard creation, integration management, security and compliance, user support and training, collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, performance monitoring and optimization, and license management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for further customizing and optimizing our Dynamics 365 environment to solve business challenges, improve processes, and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
