A leading company in the financial services sector is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies and product positioning. The role requires collaboration across teams to enhance product adoption and revenue growth, with a focus on customer insights and team leadership. Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
You will drive product marketing strategy, positioning and messaging. You will serves as a bridge between product management and sales, ensuring the product resonates with the target audience and aligns with market needs. You will work cross-functionally to support product launches, inform demand generation campaigns, and enable sales teams with necessary tools and content to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Product and Partnership Marketing.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll doProduct marketing mindset – Lead the development of a product marketing roadmap, assess competitive landscape and understand conditions that impact product market fit. Determine relevant insights via research to map unmet user needs and prioritize solutions that help businesses succeed.
Strategic thinking – Drive marketing strategies including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, key messaging, sales enablement (e.g., sell sheets, presentations, battle cards), marketing channels (e.g., paid, earned, and owned) across the customer journey to convert, grow and retain merchants.
Own the metrics – Be comfortable tracking and reporting on goals, measuring performance, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Be a great partner – Collaborate with Sales, Account Mgmt., and Customer Success to create holistic approach to sales training, enablement, onboarding, and ongoing customer support.
Apply strong project management skills – Leverage/apply proven project management experience to support at a strategic and sometimes tactical level to ensure execution of important program timelines are met.
Merchant focus – Have deep empathy for our customers’ pain points. Gain deep understanding by spearheading qualitative and quantitative research. Translate marketing observations into relevant insights for product & sales team.
Positive leadership – Lead, develop and coach a team. Be a positive driver for the team with a deep focus on individual/team development, progression, and high-performance culture.
