The Client Support Business Analyst - Pension will be responsible for delivering services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain excellent client relationships and satisfaction;
  2. Possess clear knowledge of our Solution and support the team effectively;
  3. Provide expertise in specific functional areas of our Solution, including integration with other components;
  4. Monitor and track all client requests to ensure proper assignment, ownership, accountability, and timely, quality completion;
  5. Attend and prepare for regular status meetings with clients;
  6. Work directly with internal teams to resolve incidents, prepare client requirement documentation, understand upcoming release changes, and support clients;
  7. Peer review team responses to clients where appropriate;
  8. Follow up with support teams involved in root cause analysis to ensure service level agreements are met;
  9. Participate in analyzing change requests to our solution or internal processes, including updating requirement documentation;
  10. Manage change order project deliverables, including requirement documentation, demos, walkthroughs, configuration, testing, and client communication;
  11. Collaborate with the Support Team Manager and Client Manager to ensure proper staffing of client requests and effective use of our integrated solution by client users.
Requirements
  1. College education in a relevant field;
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience;
  3. Ability to understand business needs and respond appropriately;
  4. Detail-oriented with logical assessment skills;
  5. Ability to understand client issues and advise on next steps;
  6. Capability to manage client priorities and expectations;
  7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines;
  8. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with clients and team members;
  9. Knowledge of pension or benefits administration and/or quality assurance is an asset;
  10. Availability for occasional travel.
