Located in North Vancouver, Canada, since 1986, we are a leading software engineering and asset performance management (APM) company. As part of our ongoing growth and succession planning efforts, we seek a dedicated Client Services Manager to oversee the delivering of exceptional services to our clients.
The objective of our client service department is to provide comprehensive services by SME’s ensuring our clients maximize their ROI. Implementation services such as database design / building, training, and long term mentoring, along with project management are essential to our clients. This pivotal role involves managing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring our services consistently meet or exceed client expectations. The Client Services Manager will be vital in helping clients achieve optimal outcomes with their DMSI software and related hardware.
The successful candidate will be self-confident with an engaging personal style and able to interact with various internal and external stakeholders. To thrive in this role, you must be resilient, detail-orientated, pragmatic and resourceful. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is strongly preferred. Product training in our technology and systems will be provided.
This role requires travel to customer premises in the US and Canada – therefore, a valid passport and ability to travel without restriction are necessary.
