Job title: Client Service Manager - Hybrid

Description

Our client is looking for multiple Client Service Managers to join the Construction division! The opportunity provides lots of room for growth and opportunities to work on large accounts. The ideal candidate must have a Level 2 license and at least 5 years of commercial insurance experience.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively manages a book of business by reviewing clients’ exposures, gaps in coverage, and loss history and proposes appropriate coverages and/or solutions with Client Executive.
  • Works with a Client Service Assistant to ensure all certificates of insurance are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Works with insurers to provide coverage solutions to better meet our clients’ changing operations and as new products are being offered.
  • Maintains policy files and/or electronic files to ensure that they are organized and up to date.
  • Participates in industry functions and targeted public relations activities.

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ commercial insurance experience.
  • Insurance Broker Level 2 License or working towards CIP designation.
  • Prior exposure in Construction is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
