Job description

Stream Flo Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of a qualification project involving cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, risk management, and ensuring successful execution and completion of all qualification activities in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a qualification project from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Validation, etc.) to align resources and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Facilitate regular project team meetings to track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution of issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet predefined quality standards and manufacturing requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure proper protocol development, execution, and documentation of qualification activities.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Report progress and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes, safety, and compliance requirements throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment / facility qualification and validation practices.
  • Experience with project management tools (, MS Project or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project completion on time and within scope.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions :

  • Monday to Friday, 8 hour days
  • Flexible work hours available after 6 months of employment
