KPMG Canada seeks a Learning Technology Coordinator to provide technical support for learning technology platforms. This role involves collaborating with learning professionals to enhance learner experiences and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary education in a related field.

The Learning Technology Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Learning Technology Team. This position is responsible for providing first-level technical and administrative support to all KPMG professionals to ensure the effective, timely, and comprehensive resolution of inquiries and assigned deliverables related to learning technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Degreed digital experience platform, Kaltura virtual classroom/video platform, and Credly digital badges platform. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with internal learning professionals to recommend learning solutions and approaches.
This position requires attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively within a process-driven technical environment, focusing on quality assurance, issue analysis, and timely follow-up. Success in this role depends on strong relationship skills and a proactive attitude.
This role requires fluency in English, with the ability to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates may need to interpret policies, laws, and regulations during employment.
The base salary range is $46,500 to $70,500, potentially including bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
