The Learning Technology Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Learning Technology Team. This position is responsible for providing first-level technical and administrative support to all KPMG professionals to ensure the effective, timely, and comprehensive resolution of inquiries and assigned deliverables related to the learning technology platforms, including the SAP SuccessFactors learning management system (LMS), the Degreed digital experience platform, the Kaltura virtual classroom/video platform and Credly digital badges platform. Additionally, this position is responsible for working with internal learning professionals to recommend learning solution approaches and collaborate on assigned deliverables related to the learning technology platforms.

This position requires attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively within a process-driven technical environment, with a focus on quality assurance, issue analysis, and timely follow-up. You’ll be most successful in this role when focusing on relationships and an inquisitive, 'can do' attitude.

What You Will Do
  • Provide functional, operational, and technical support for all learning technology platforms, including but not limited to maintaining systems and creating and updating learning resources, promoting system capabilities, and addressing general platform usage challenges.
  • Consult with internal learning professionals on systems capabilities and best practices to recommend solutions that prioritize learner experience and business requirements such as reporting and compliance.
  • Facilitate the effective use of learning technology platforms through the creation or modification of courses, plans, pathways, playlists, and virtual classroom sessions.
  • Support the design, preparation, and delivery of video-based learning via virtual classroom sessions, including moderation and support.
  • Produce reports to support quality assurance, identify trends and risks, and ensure stakeholder visibility.
  • Investigate and resolve platform functionality inquiries, monitor usage, respond to escalations, identify trends, and propose solutions. Perform system audits and data cleanups.
  • Use ServiceNow to prioritize and respond to inquiries within SLA standards.
  • Support broader Digital Learning initiatives as needed.
What You Bring To The Role
  • 2-3 years of experience in technology-based training administration/delivery in a service-oriented environment.
  • Post-secondary education; Learning & Development, Computer Science, Business or Human Resources preferred.
  • Experience with learning technology administration and first-level support.
  • Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Client-focused mindset, able to work with individuals at all levels.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and process improvement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, owning tasks and ensuring quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Assets include experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, Kaltura, Credly, and virtual classroom facilitation.

This role requires fluency in English. Candidates may need to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders, and interpret policies and regulations as part of their duties.
