The Learning Technology Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Learning Technology Team. This position is responsible for providing first-level technical and administrative support to all KPMG professionals to ensure the effective, timely, and comprehensive resolution of inquiries and assigned deliverables related to the learning technology platforms, including the SAP SuccessFactors learning management system (LMS), the Degreed digital experience platform, the Kaltura virtual classroom/video platform and Credly digital badges platform. Additionally, this position is responsible for working with internal learning professionals to recommend learning solution approaches and collaborate on assigned deliverables related to the learning technology platforms.
This position requires attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively within a process-driven technical environment, with a focus on quality assurance, issue analysis, and timely follow-up. You’ll be most successful in this role when focusing on relationships and an inquisitive, 'can do' attitude.
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG. The successful candidate may be required to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, laws and/or regulations during the regular course of their employment.
The expected base salary range for this position is $46,500 to $70,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
