The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric approach to engaging external resources, while balancing the commercial needs of the business with risk mitigation for the firm. This is achieved by:

Reporting to the Leader of the Contract Labour Office (CLO), the Contract Manager will handle processes and resolve challenges related to external resources across all functions and locations in Canada, managing over 1000 external resources annually. Responsibilities include:
Including case management, continuous improvement projects, responding to inquiries, reporting, and training stakeholders.
