Job description

Position: Full-Time LPN in Sunny South Okanagan

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our friendly and flexible family practice team in Oliver, BC. Our clinic features 8 exam rooms, 1 telehealth room, and a collaborative three-physician workspace, all within a bright, natural-lit, ground-floor setting designed for easy access.

Our team prides itself on efficiency and patient-centered care, supported by a proficient MOA team, innovative workflow systems, and an online booking platform. We also have a part-time in-house LPN and two virtual LPNs, with billing managed by an Office Manager to optimize revenue.

Each physician manages their own patient panel and schedule, with a supportive environment for covering leave and locum support. Our practice extends to two residential care facilities, and we are located 30 minutes from Penticton Regional Hospital, with excellent specialist services and active community primary care initiatives.

Work Schedule & Opportunities

• Flexible work schedule: 2 in-office and 2 virtual days per week, over a 4-day week
• Shared in-patient call group for rounds and time off
• Additional opportunities include rural ER shifts at South Okanagan General Hospital, walk-in shifts at Osoyoos Indian Band, and Doctor of the Day rotations (approximately once every 5 months)
